VantaPool LLC operates VantaPool and is responsible for the personal information described here.

We collect information needed to operate VantaPool, including your name, email address, account details, plan, payment-provider customer identifier, and subscription status.

When you sign in with a third-party account such as Google, we receive your name and email address from that provider and use them only to create and operate your VantaPool account.

We also collect pages viewed, clicks, browser and device details, IP address, approximate location, analytics identifiers, error reports, and security logs. Preferences and recent searches may be stored in your browser.

Stripe handles card payments. VantaPool does not receive or store your full card number.

We use personal information to provide accounts and subscriptions, process payments, operate and improve VantaPool, diagnose errors, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

We share information with service providers that handle hosting, sign-in, payments, analytics, and error monitoring. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect VantaPool or others, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Sign-in and security features use necessary cookies.

The marketing site uses analytics without a persistent analytics cookie. The dashboard uses a first-party analytics cookie and identifier. VantaPool also stores preferences, recent searches, and your analytics choice in your browser.

We do not respond to "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control browser signals.

The control below turns off marketing analytics on vantapool.com in this browser. It does not affect necessary cookies, error reporting, or dashboard analytics.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect VantaPool. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee complete security. We provide notices when required by law.
